Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email as early as possible before the scheduled visit.
We recommend providing advance notice so we can adjust our technician schedule accordingly.
If our technician arrives at the agreed service location and is unable to access the property because the customer is unavailable or the appointment is missed without prior notice, the visit may be considered a missed appointment.
A new appointment may need to be scheduled based on technician availability.
Where a diagnostic or inspection service has been provided, any applicable inspection or call-out charge covers the technician’s time and expertise and is generally non-refundable, even if:
The customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
The appliance is found to be beyond economical repair.
Replacement parts are unavailable.
The customer declines the repair quotation.
Any applicable charges will be explained before work begins.
Once a repair has been completed with the customer’s approval, refunds are generally not available for services already performed.
However, if you believe there is an issue with the repair carried out by CityFix Technical Services LLC, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange an inspection or provide a suitable resolution in accordance with any applicable warranty or consumer protection requirements.
Replacement parts ordered specifically for a customer’s appliance may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once they have been ordered, supplied, or installed, unless required by applicable law or due to a confirmed defect.
If we are unable to complete the repair due to reasons within our control before any repair work has been performed, any advance payment made specifically for the unperformed repair service will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded.
If a fault covered under our applicable warranty occurs within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where covered, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
This policy does not create additional warranty rights beyond those expressly offered.
To help ensure successful service, customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact information.
Ensuring safe access to the appliance.
Being available at the scheduled appointment time or arranging access.
Informing us of any known appliance issues before the visit.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible or another mutually agreed method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
